Yearly Report from PartyGaming

Last week PartyGaming gave made their results for 2008 public to all its shareholders. The numbers are showing that the companies profit from PartyPoker.com has gone down a bit compared to 2007. In 2007 PartyPoker.com made a profit of $295 Million and in 2008 it went down to $274 Million.

The casino side of things are going better than before however and PartyCasino.com made a $176 profit in 2008 compared to the $144 Million profit that was made in 2007.

The bingo part of the PartyGaming Empire is also growing as the profit for the year for PartyBingo.com was $4.5 Million compared to $2.5 Million in 2007.

The total profit for the PartyGaming as a whole came up to a whopping $472.9 Million which means that they will make a profit of $77.8 for 2008 after all taxes and other expenses has been taken out of the equation.

PartyPoker.com used to be the largest online poker room in the world before the UIGEA hit back in 2006. During the first 6 months in 2006 PartyGaming made a profit of $259.2 Million but after the UIGEA was set into place both the profit and the shares plummeted.
